Olivia Ponton

Olivia Ponton is an American model and social media influencer. She is best known for her viral TikTok content and high-profile modeling campaigns with Victoria's Secret PINK and Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. Represented by IMG Models, Ponton has built a massive online following of over 12 million across platforms through her relatable personality, fitness content, and advocacy for mental health and LGBTQ+ visibility. She currently hosts the podcast Booked & Busy and continues to expand her presence in fashion and entertainment. [edit]

Ponton grew up in Naples, Florida, where she attended Naples High School and participated in cheerleading and track and field. She started posting to Instagram in June 2016, sharing travel photos from trips abroad. During her senior year, she traveled to New York City for spring break and signed with Wilhelmina Models. After graduating high school in 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic hit just two weeks after signing with her first agency, shifting her focus to content creation. Out of boredom during lockdown, she began posting workout and dance videos to TikTok alongside her best friend Sabrina Holt, and her following grew rapidly. [edit]

Ponton's TikTok following exploded in 2020, leading to membership in the Hype House and Triller Compound collectives. She signed with IMG Models in 2021. In October 2022, she landed her dream campaign with Victoria's Secret PINK, later serving as red carpet host for the 2024 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. She appeared in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue in 2023 and 2024. In 2024, she made a cameo in the film It Ends With Us after author Colleen Hoover reached out via DM. That same year, she launched her podcast Booked & Busy and partnered with Raising Cane's for their Annual Holiday Bike Giveaway in Times Square. Her modeling portfolio includes campaigns for Coach New York, Skims, Calvin Klein, Hugo Boss, and Aerie. [edit]

Ponton is known for her authenticity, positivity, and openness about mental health, self-love, and LGBTQ+ identity. Her content blends makeup, fashion, modeling, and lifestyle with candid discussions about growing up in the spotlight. She has been praised for using her platform to speak out on cultural and political issues, and for inspiring young fans to embrace their true selves. Her social media voice is direct and relatable, often sharing personal struggles and triumphs. She has no official fandom name, but her followers appreciate her down-to-earth approach and willingness to be vulnerable. [edit]

Olivia Ponton commands a substantial digital footprint as an American model and social media influencer, though her standing within the global hierarchy of celebrity remains distinct from traditional entertainment figures. As of August 2026, iFANN's Global Fame Engine has evaluated this person, but they do not currently hold a placement in the published rankings for the Global Top 1,000 or any Top-100 scope list. This absence of a numeric rank reflects a profile built on broad platform engagement rather than concentrated viral dominance in specific cultural moments. Her audience spans over 12 million followers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat, engaging with content that blends fitness, fashion, and candid discussions on mental health and LGBTQ+ visibility. Unlike artists or athletes who cultivate formal fanbases with designated names, Ponton's following operates as a decentralized collection of individual supporters. No official fandom name exists in documented records, nor are there organized campaigns, birthday billboards, or charity drives attributed to a collective group acting in her name. The relationship between the influencer and her public is defined by direct content delivery through platforms like TikTok and her podcast, Booked & Busy. While high-profile sightings, such as her appearance at Cincinnati Bengals training camp alongside Joe Burrow in August 2026, generated significant news cycles, these instances remain classified as celebrity news rather than legendary folklore. There are no verified accounts of crowds shutting down streets or extraordinary ritualistic behaviors among her followers. Her cultural impact is measurable through reach and sponsorship value rather than the mythos associated with top-ranked global icons.[edit]

Ponton bears a tattoo of an angel on her finger, a choice she made believing she would eventually model for Victoria's Secret; two weeks later, she secured her first casting with the brand. She has openly discussed attending therapy and learning to block out online negativity, noting that her favorite aspect of modeling is helping other girls feel confident. In a reflection on her path, she stated, 'My whole life has already been written. I just have to follow what feels right.' A notable narrative emerging in recent years involves her relationship with NFL quarterback Joe Burrow. Reports indicate they were linked starting in late 2024, despite conflicting timelines regarding a breakup in April 2024. By August 2026, they were spotted together at Cincinnati Bengals training camp, a sighting that dominated the news cycle. Another discussion point arose regarding her past relationships, specifically reports stating she dated a woman before Burrow, which sparked online conversation. Additionally, a minor viral incident occurred when she commented on a photo of another model's girlfriend, Ella Ailiff, drawing attention due to the context of NFL WAGs going viral at practice. These events are recorded as celebrity news and social media trends rather than established cultural lore.[edit]

Ponton's mother, Diane, works for an education non-profit, and her father, Richard, is a teacher. She has one younger sister named Abi Ponton, who is also a social media influencer. Ponton grew up in Naples, Florida, and as of 2026, she splits her time between New York City and San Francisco. She has not publicly mentioned any pets. [edit]

Ponton's best friend is Sabrina Holt, with whom she started making TikTok videos. She has collaborated with Colleen Hoover, who reached out for a cameo in It Ends With Us. She considers Raising Cane's founder Todd Graves a dear friend. Her current partner is NFL quarterback Joe Burrow. [edit]

Ponton dated fellow TikTok star Kio Cyr in 2020; the relationship ended later that year. She was romantically linked to TikTok star Kaila Novak, though the timeline is unclear. In late 2024, she began dating NFL quarterback Joe Burrow of the Cincinnati Bengals, and as of 2026, they are still together. Ponton has no children from any relationship. [edit]

Heading into 2026, Olivia Ponton's net worth is estimated at $3 Million per iFANN's editorial analysis. Her primary income sources include modeling contracts with IMG Models and high-profile brand campaigns for Victoria's Secret PINK, Skims, Calvin Klein, Coach New York, Hugo Boss, and Aerie. She also earns from social media content creation across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat, where she commands significant sponsorship fees. Her podcast Booked & Busy generates additional revenue through advertising and partnerships. Ponton has not publicly disclosed details about real estate or investments, but her net worth has grown steadily since her breakout in 2020.[edit]
