No Brakes

The Game and Drake joined forces for "No Brakes," a high-energy track that landed on August 20, 2026. This single served as a key promotional push for The Documentary III, the third installment in The Game's acclaimed trilogy. The collaboration brought together two heavyweights from opposite coasts of North America, blending West Coast grit with Canadian melodic sensibilities to create a sound that feels both familiar and fresh.

Produced with a polished yet gritty aesthetic typical of their recent work, the song avoids generic trap beats in favor of a driving rhythm section that demands attention. Critics noted the chemistry between the rappers immediately upon release, praising how they traded verses without stepping on each other's toes. While specific budget figures remain under wraps for individual singles, the production quality suggests a major label investment aimed at securing streaming dominance during the album cycle. [edit]
