The Palme d'Or for Dheepan stands as a testament to his skill as a composer, and his label Other People has become a respected home for experimental music.

AwardsNicolas Jaar has not won a Grammy, but his work on the film Dheepan contributed to its Palme d'Or win at the 2015 Cannes Film Festival.
