NCT Dream

NCT Dream is the third sub-unit of NCT, formed by SM Entertainment in 2016. The group debuted on August 25, 2016 with the single 'Chewing Gum' on Mnet's M Countdown. Originally conceived as the teenage unit of NCT, they operated under an age-based graduation system where members would leave upon reaching the age of 20 (Korean age). In April 2026, SM announced that Mark would conclude his contract and depart from NCT Dream, exactly 10 years after his debut with NCT. The group continued as a six-member unit.
