Nathan Hochman's career is marked by historic firsts and high-impact service. He is one of the few individuals to have served both as a federal prosecutor and as a United States Assistant Attorney General. His landslide victory over an incumbent district attorney by 20 points is a rare feat in LA County politics. He has chaired the Los Angeles City Ethics Commission and held leadership roles at the highest levels of the Justice Department, demonstrating a unique breadth of experience across prosecution, defense, and ethics regulation.
