Naomi Schiff

Naomi Schiff's record is less about trophies than about firsts and doors opened. She was named a Forbes Europe 30 Under 30 honoree, a recognition of her influence as a young voice in motorsport. Her 2020 appointment as the W Series' diversity and inclusion ambassador put her at the center of the sport's conversation about representation, and her 2022 move to Sky Sports made her one of the most visible women of colour in F1 broadcasting. British GQ has described her as the first woman of colour to compete in the sport at her level, a claim that has traveled widely even without official certification.
