Nadia Murad's accolades are historic and deeply earned. She is the first Iraqi and the first Yazidi to win the Nobel Peace Prize, a recognition that brought global attention to the Yazidi genocide. Her memoir The Last Girl has been translated into over 30 languages, spreading her story worldwide.
