Myles Turner's most notable achievements center on his elite shot-blocking. He is one of only a handful of players to lead the NBA in blocks per game multiple times, doing so in 2018-19 and 2020-21. His 199 blocks in the 2018-19 season led the league, and he finished 31 blocks ahead of the next closest player in the Big 12 as a freshman. Turner also reached the NBA Finals with the Pacers in 2025, a milestone that capped a decade-long tenure with the franchise.

AwardsTurner has won several awards during his career. He was named to the NBA All-Rookie Second Team in 2016 and led the NBA in blocks per game in 2018-19 and 2020-21. In college, he earned Big 12 Freshman of the Year and All-Big 12 Third Team honors. He also won a gold medal at the 2014 FIBA Americas U18 Championship.
