To contain the threat, the Red Queen seals the facility and eliminates all personnel, leaving no survivors—or so it seems.

Alice awakens in a mansion bathroom with no memory of her past. She soon encounters a team of elite commandos sent by Umbrella to investigate the Hive's lockdown. Led by One, the team includes Rain Ocampo, a tough soldier, and Matt Addison, a man with a personal stake in the mission. Together, they enter the Hive, navigating its sterile corridors and high-tech labs. They discover the Red Queen has turned against them, using lethal traps and security systems to prevent their progress.

As they descend deeper, the team encounters the horrifying results of the T-virus: zombies, mutated guard dogs, and the monstrous Licker, a creature with a exposed brain and a long, deadly tongue. The virus spreads rapidly, turning the commandos into zombies one by one. Alice begins to experience fragmented memories of her past, hinting at her involvement with Umbrella. She learns that the virus was deliberately released by a disgruntled employee, Spence, who was also part of the team. Spence, like Alice, had his memory wiped and is now a threat to everyone.

The survivors must navigate the Red Queen's deadly puzzles and fight off waves of infected creatures. Tensions rise as trust erodes, and the true nature of Umbrella's experiments comes to light. The Hive is not just a research facility—it is a testing ground for bioweapons. Alice and Matt race against time to find a way out before the virus spreads to the surface, threatening all of Raccoon City.
