Pokémon X and Y

The Nintendo 3DS received a major upgrade in October 2013 when Junichi Masuda released Pokémon X and Pokémon Y. These titles marked the start of the sixth generation, bringing the franchise into full three-dimensional graphics for the first time. Players step into the shoes of a young trainer exploring the Kalos region, a land inspired by France where cities like Lumiose City shine with modern architecture. The journey involves collecting creatures, battling rivals, and stopping Team Flare from unleashing chaos upon the world.[edit]
