The Radianis are held captive by a regime that plans to execute them, and Nik believes Rake is the only person capable of pulling it off.

Rake agrees despite his reservations, knowing the mission will likely be suicide. He infiltrates the prison alone, navigating a labyrinth of concrete corridors filled with hostile inmates and sadistic guards. The escape begins with a chaotic breach where Rake must secure the hostages, including young children David and Ketevan, along with their uncle Sandro and father Zurab. The group faces immediate resistance as they attempt to break through the prison walls, engaging in brutal close-quarters combat that leaves few survivors on either side.

Once outside the prison gates, the operation turns into a desperate flight across the Georgian countryside. They are pursued by a massive force of enemy soldiers and local gangs loyal to the prison warden. Rake is joined by Alcott, a CIA operative who provides aerial support and tactical advice from a distance. Their relationship is strained by mistrust, yet they must work together to keep the convoy moving.
