Records

Simon's trophy cabinet, while not overflowing, includes some significant silverware. Winning the Coupe de France with Nantes was a historic achievement for the club, as it was their first major trophy in over two decades. His contributions to Gent's title run and his consistent performances in Ligue 1 have made him one of the most respected Nigerian wingers of his generation. He was also a member of Nigeria's bronze-medal team at the 2019 AFCON.

AwardsSimon has won two major domestic trophies: the Slovak Super Liga and Slovak Cup with AS Trenčín in 2015, and the Belgian Pro League with KAA Gent in 2016. His most significant honor came in 2022 when he lifted the Coupe de France with FC Nantes, scoring in the final. He has also been named in the Ligue 1 Team of the Week on multiple occasions.
