Its flagship program MLB Tonight has won 16 Sports Emmy Awards for its nightly coverage of breaking news, interviews, and analysis. Beyond linear television, the brand extends into digital streaming through partnerships with YouTube TV and FuboTV, and maintains a presence on SiriusXM via MLB Network Radio.

In recent years, the network has expanded its scope to include international events such as the 2025 Caribbean Series broadcast in English.
