Mike Husted

While Mike Husted may not have a trophy case full of individual awards, his career is notable for its longevity and resilience. Going undrafted and then playing nine seasons in the NFL is an achievement that few specialists can claim. He was a consistent performer on some challenging Buccaneers teams, and his perfect extra-point season with the Raiders in 1999 highlights his reliability. His post-career work as a coach and mentor has earned him respect within the kicking community, and his story serves as an inspiration to undrafted players everywhere.
