Memphis Depay is the Netherlands' all-time leading goalscorer with 55 goals, surpassing legends like Robin van Persie and Johan Cruyff. He was the youngest Dutchman to score at a World Cup in 2014 and won the Eredivisie Golden Boot in 2015. His resurgence at Lyon after a difficult spell at Manchester United is considered one of football's great comeback stories. At Corinthians, he ended a six-year trophy drought by winning the Paulista Championship and Copa do Brasil in 2025.

AwardsMemphis won the Eredivisie title and Dutch Footballer of the Year in 2015, and was named France Football's Best Young Player in the World. He won La Liga and the Supercopa de España with Barcelona, and the Copa do Brasil and Paulista Championship with Corinthians.
