Born and raised in Taboão da Serra, a municipality in the metropolitan region of São Paulo, Daniel grew up immersed in the intense sound system culture that defines the city's outskirts. The area is famous for its bailes, massive street parties where funk music reigns supreme. These gatherings served as his primary education in rhythm and performance, exposing him to the aggressive beats and lyrical flows of proibidão and ostentação from a young age.

His early years were marked by a natural affinity for music and an eagerness to experiment. Daniel began recording tracks on basic equipment, often freestyling over local beats in his neighborhood. Before achieving national fame, he spent years performing at small community events and local bailes, honing his craft in front of crowds that knew every word to his improvised verses. This period of grassroots exposure was crucial for developing the distinctive energy that would later captivate millions online.

The transition from local performer to digital star began when he started uploading short videos of his performances to Instagram and TikTok. His unique voice and high-energy delivery quickly caught the attention of producers and fans alike. Unlike many artists who tried to cross over from other genres, Daniel carved his path directly within the funk scene, staying true to the roots of the music while slowly introducing elements that appealed to a broader demographic. By 2020, he had built a dedicated local following that set the stage for his explosive breakthrough. [edit]

The project showcased his ability to blend different styles while maintaining the core identity of Paulista funk. His momentum continued into 2023 with the massive commercial success of Quem Manda É a Rua, a song that topped charts and became an anthem for the streets.
