Matt Blumenthal

Blumenthal's record is legislative rather than ceremonial. He has been a leading voice on election security in Connecticut, chairing the committee that handles election law and steering absentee-voting legislation. He also helped organize bipartisan opposition to utility rate increases and worked on e-book licensing reform. His profile is that of a committee workhorse rather than a headline-seeking politician.
