Markus Rosenberg's career is defined by his loyalty to Malmö FF and his consistent goal-scoring across Europe. He is the club's all-time top scorer in European competitions, and his leadership helped Malmö reach the Champions League group stage twice. He is widely regarded as one of Sweden's most reliable forwards of his era.

AwardsMarkus Rosenberg's trophy cabinet includes three Allsvenskan titles with Malmö FF (2014, 2016, 2017) and the Eredivisie with Ajax in 2005–06. He also won the Swedish Supercup in 2014 and 2017. Individually, he was the Allsvenskan top scorer in 2004.
