Mark Dubowitz

Mark Dubowitz is widely recognized as one of the most influential figures in shaping U.S. sanctions policy toward Iran. The New York Times highlighted his campaign against the Iran nuclear deal as among the most consequential ever by a think tank leader. He has testified before Congress more than 20 times, a rare level of engagement for a policy expert. In 2019, Iran sanctioned him personally, underscoring his impact on their regime. He also holds a senior fellowship at the University of Toronto's Munk School of Global Affairs.
