Pedraza's recognition extends beyond acting awards. In 2021, Forbes Spain named her to its 30 Under 30 list in the Entertainment category. The following year, she received the Women in Film Award at the San Sebastián International Film Festival. In 2023, she was honored with a star on the Paseo de la Fama de Madrid. In 2024, the Spanish Ministry of Culture awarded her the Medalla de Oro al Mérito en las Bellas Artes, one of the country's highest cultural honors.
