Rojo's honours list is short but spread across three countries. The 2009 Copa Libertadores with Estudiantes came when he was still a teenager, and the 2010 league title confirmed him as a first-team regular. His Manchester United years added four trophies in two seasons, including the 2016-17 Europa League, a competition he played a full part in. On the international side, his 61 caps and a starting role in a World Cup final place him among the more capped Argentine defenders of his generation.

AwardsRojo won the Copa Libertadores with Estudiantes in 2009 and the Argentine Primera División in 2010. At Manchester United he collected the FA Cup in 2016, then the Community Shield, EFL Cup and UEFA Europa League in 2017. With Argentina he finished as a World Cup runner-up in 2014 and a Copa América runner-up in 2015 and 2016.
