Big Ramy's achievements in bodybuilding are historic. He is the first Egyptian to win the Mr. Olympia, and only the second Middle Eastern athlete to do so, following Samir Bannout in 1983. His two consecutive titles in 2020 and 2021 placed him among the sport's elite, and he was the first non-American champion in over two decades. His rapid rise from amateur to champion in just eight years remains one of the most remarkable ascents in the sport's history.
