Malcolm Brogdon's career is marked by several historic firsts. He became the first second-round NBA draft pick to win Rookie of the Year since 1965, and the first player in ACC history to win both Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year in the same season. His 50-40-90 shooting season in 2018-19 put him in an elite club with only seven other players in NBA history at the time. These achievements, combined with his Sixth Man of the Year award in 2023, underscore his unique blend of efficiency, defense, and adaptability.
