Lyfestyle

Yeat released Lyfestyle on October 18, 2024, through his own Lyfestyle Corporation alongside Field Trip Recordings and Capitol Records. This fifth studio album arrives shortly after the mixed reception of 2093, featuring a deliberate shift in production style defined by repetitive loops and a sense of rushed energy. The project contains 22 tracks that maintain an aggressive tone while incorporating guest appearances from Don Toliver, Kodak Black, Lil Durk, and Summrs.

The commercial performance marked a definitive turning point for the artist as the record debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200. In its first week, the album moved approximately 89,000 equivalent units, securing Yeat's first chart-topping position. Major publications like Rolling Stone and Pitchfork published reviews immediately following the drop to analyze the work within the context of contemporary hip-hop discourse. [edit]
