Luis de la Fuente has achieved remarkable success in a short time as Spain's senior manager. He is one of the few coaches to win both the UEFA Nations League and the European Championship in consecutive years. His Euro 2024 triumph made Spain the most successful nation in the tournament's history with four titles. At the youth level, he is the only manager to have won both the Under-19 and Under-21 European Championships, as well as an Olympic silver medal. His ability to develop young talent and implement a cohesive, attacking style has earned him widespread respect in the football world.

AwardsAs a manager, de la Fuente won the UEFA European Championship in 2024 and the UEFA Nations League in 2023 with Spain.
