Lucas Paquetá's career is highlighted by team achievements rather than individual trophies. He played a key role in West Ham's historic UEFA Europa Conference League victory in 2023, the club's first European trophy in 58 years. He also won the Copa América with Brazil in 2019, contributing to a generation that reclaimed South America's top prize. His leadership in Flamengo's youth setup led to a Copa São Paulo title in 2016, a rare achievement for a captain. While he has not won major individual awards, his consistent selection for Brazil and his creative style have made him a beloved figure in Brazilian football.
