Lorde's achievements are remarkable for an artist who released her debut single at age sixteen. She became the youngest person to win the Grammy for Song of the Year, set a Guinness World Record as the youngest artist to write and record a number-one single on the Billboard Hot 100, and has collected 20 Aotearoa Music Awards, more than any other female artist in New Zealand history. Her album Melodrama was included in Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Albums of All Time, a rare honor for a 2010s release. She has been named to Time's Most Influential Teens list twice and appeared on the Forbes 30 Under 30 roster.
