Leto II Atreides

Leto II Atreides stands as one of the most complex figures in science fiction, evolving from a newborn prince into a god-emperor who reshaped human history. Created by Frank Herbert, this character anchors the later books of the original Dune saga before appearing in the sequels written by Brian Herbert and Kevin J. Anderson. His journey spans decades, transforming him from a vulnerable child into a terrifyingly powerful entity known as the God Emperor.[edit]
