Lemuel Plummer

Lemuel Plummer is an American media entrepreneur, producer, and director best known as the founder, president, and CEO of The Zeus Network. He built a digital on-demand platform specializing in reality television and unscripted content that has become a dominant force in the influencer economy. As of 2026, he continues to lead the network through strategic expansions and high-profile productions. His current status places him at the center of a new wave of reality TV where social media personalities produce their own scripted and unscripted shows without traditional gatekeepers. Plummer maintains creative control by often serving as a camera operator and editor while scaling his business ventures into a multi-million dollar enterprise. His work has revitalized the genre by focusing on the chaotic lives of young women navigating fame and relationships. [edit]

Lemuel Olenn Plummer was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, where his early life details remain largely private compared to his public persona. He moved to Los Angeles, California, to pursue a career in entertainment, specifically focusing on production and direction. Before establishing The Zeus Network, Plummer worked behind the camera, honing skills in executive producing, directing, and editing. He built a reputation for understanding the viral nature of social media content, which became the foundational strategy for his future ventures.

His early work included producing short-form content and collaborating with emerging digital stars, setting the stage for the creation of a dedicated streaming platform. He spent years observing how influencers interacted with audiences and realized there was a gap in the market for a platform that catered specifically to this demographic. This observation led him to develop the concept of a network where creators could bypass traditional television networks and monetize their content directly. By the mid-2010s, he had assembled a team of collaborators who shared his vision for a decentralized media empire. [edit]

Plummer's career trajectory shifted dramatically when he co-founded The Zeus Network in 2017 alongside social media personalities DeStorm Power, Amanda Cerny, and King Bach. Plummer serves as President and CEO, positioning himself as the business architect behind a franchise that has produced hit series like Baddies and The Family Business. The network launched with the goal of creating a hub for influencers to produce their own scripted and unscripted shows without traditional gatekeepers.

From 2018 to 2023, he oversaw the production of various reality franchises, including collaborations with influencers like Scotty Ryan and Joseline Hernandez. In 2024, he launched Smile: LA, a reality series featuring influencers in Los Angeles, marking his continued dominance in the genre. The following year, he expanded international reach with Baddies Africa, adapting the successful format for a global audience. As of 2026, he continues to lead the network through high-profile controversies and strategic partnerships, including a planned docuseries on Diddy's sons for release in 2026.

His biggest project remains Baddies, a franchise that revitalized the reality TV genre by focusing on the chaotic lives of young women navigating fame and relationships. The show has become a cultural phenomenon, driving massive traffic to the Zeus Network app and establishing Plummer as a key player in the reality TV industrial complex. His role as an executive producer and camera operator allows him to maintain creative control while scaling the business. [edit]

Plummer maintains a polished, modern aesthetic typical of the influencer elite, often seen in casual luxury wear during productions. He is portrayed as a shrewd businessman and a 'behind-the-scenes' power broker. Media coverage often focuses on his ability to monetize drama and his role in managing controversial reality stars. However, the 2026 feud with Joseline Hernandez introduced a more adversarial image, painting him as a litigious and aggressive executive. [edit]

iFANN has not yet collected fame data for this person. While he is a central figure in the reality TV landscape, no official global ranking has been published by iFANN as of September 2026. Fans of his work are typically referred to as 'Zeus Nation' or simply fans of specific shows like Baddies. The fanbase is highly engaged, driven by the dramatic narratives of the shows he produces. Fan campaigns often revolve around supporting or attacking the cast members of Zeus shows, with significant activity on Twitter and TikTok. Plummer interacts with fans primarily through promotional posts and behind-the-scenes glimpses. [edit]
