Land of the Lost

In 1974, Sid and Marty Krofft, masters of the Saturday morning universe, unleashed Land of the Lost upon NBC. This action-adventure, sci-fi series, aimed at families, transported viewers to a world where dinosaurs roamed and strange creatures lurked. The Marshalls also face the constant threat of the Sleestak, menacing, reptilian humanoids who inhabit underground caves and are often depicted as the primary antagonists.

Throughout their journey, the Marshalls seek a way to return home, constantly navigating the perils of their new world. They face challenges from predatory dinosaurs, hostile Sleestak, and the unpredictable nature of their environment. The central conflict revolves around their efforts to survive, understand the workings of this alternate dimension, and find a means of escape, all while maintaining their family bonds and protecting each other.
