Kyle Fletcher

Kyle Fletcher is an Australian professional wrestler signed to All Elite Wrestling, where he performs as a member of the Don Callis Family. As of 2026, he is a two-time AEW TNT Champion and a former AEW World Trios Champion alongside Kazuchika Okada and Mark Davis. Standing 6 feet 4 inches, Fletcher combines technical prowess with high-flying agility, making him one of the most physically imposing yet agile competitors on the roster.

Fletcher's career began on the Australian independent scene before he gained international recognition as part of the tag team Aussie Open with Mark Davis. Together they dominated New Japan Pro-Wrestling and Revolution Pro Wrestling, becoming inaugural and record-setting two-time Strong Openweight Tag Team Champions. After signing with AEW in 2023, Fletcher transitioned to singles competition and underwent a dramatic heel turn in late 2024 by attacking his mentor Will Ospreay, a moment that redefined his trajectory and showcased his microphone skills.

Known for his boyish face and Australian accent that contrast with his villainous persona, Fletcher has shaved his head to solidify his new character. He is frequently described by wrestling media as a future star and the next big thing. Fans respect his in-ring ability even as they boo his heel antics, and his regular appearances on AEW Dynamite and Collision have made him a fixture of the company's programming. [edit]

Kyle Fletcher grew up on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Australia. As a youth, he excelled in rugby, baseball, and kempo karate, showing athletic promise across multiple sports. But professional wrestling held the strongest pull. He began training at the PWA Academy under trainers Madison, Ryan, and Robbie Eagles, making his in-ring debut on April 20, 2014, at just 15 years old.

For the next three years, Fletcher wrestled on the Australian independent circuit, including Melbourne City Wrestling, honing his craft against a variety of opponents. In 2017, he made the pivotal decision to move to the United Kingdom to advance his career. There he met fellow Australian Mark Davis, and they formed the tag team Aussie Open, a partnership that would become the foundation of his early success. [edit]

Fletcher's breakthrough came in 2017 when he and Mark Davis began competing internationally as Aussie Open. They joined the United Empire stable in New Japan Pro-Wrestling and quickly became a dominant tag team, winning the IWGP Tag Team Championship and becoming the inaugural and record-setting two-time Strong Openweight Tag Team Champions. They also captured the Undisputed British Tag Team Championship twice in Revolution Pro Wrestling.

In early 2023, Fletcher and Davis signed full-time contracts with All Elite Wrestling. After Davis suffered an injury, Fletcher embarked on a singles run, winning the ROH World Tag Team Championship and later the ROH World Television Championship. The defining moment came at AEW Full Gear in late 2024, when Fletcher turned heel by attacking his longtime mentor Will Ospreay. This pivot elevated him as a singles star and earned him significant promo time, proving his versatility beyond in-ring work.

Throughout 2025, Fletcher competed against top stars like Chris Jericho, Swerve Strickland, Kazuchika Okada, and MJF. He shaved his head on live television to cement his villainous persona. By 2026, he had won the AEW TNT Championship twice and captured the AEW World Trios Championship alongside Okada and Davis, solidifying his place in the upper card of AEW. [edit]

Fletcher's public persona is defined by a striking contrast: his boyish face and endearing Australian accent versus his ruthless, villainous in-ring character. He shaved his head in 2024-2025 as part of his heel turn, a visual cue that signaled his transformation. Wrestling media describes him as the next big thing and praises his technical proficiency, high-flying moves, and improved microphone skills. As a heel, he is booed by audiences, but die-hard fans respect his talent. His social media voice is professional and focused on wrestling content, including match promotions and behind-the-scenes material. He has developed a signature weather forecaster segment for AEW media, adding a quirky element to his public image. [edit]

Kyle Fletcher commands a specific, intense respect within the wrestling world that transcends his villainous persona. While he lacks a formal, named legion like "The Flock," his audience is defined by a shift from skepticism to admiration. Fans who once booed him now cheer for his technical brilliance and high-flying agility, creating a unique dynamic where hostility has evolved into grudging reverence for his in-ring chemistry. This transformation was solidified when he shaved his head on live television, a visual cue that cemented his heel character while simultaneously drawing die-hard fans who respect his talent over their hatred of his tactics. His social media presence functions as standard athlete promotion rather than a hub for a structured fan movement, lacking organized campaigns or street shutdowns typical of global superstars. Despite his rising profile as a key member of the Don Callis Family, he operates without a dedicated, branded community driving chart pushes or birthday billboards. The narrative around him remains grounded in current storylines and verified performance quality rather than folklore or viral mythology. iFANN's Global Fame Engine has evaluated this person, but they do not currently hold a placement in the published rankings (Global Top 1,000 or a Top-100 scope list).[edit]

Before stepping into the squared circle, Kyle Fletcher excelled in rugby, baseball, and kempo karate, showcasing an athletic versatility that would later define his wrestling style. He made history as one of the youngest competitors in Australian wrestling, debuting at age 15 in 2014. His signature maneuver involves climbing to the top rope with an opponent, turning them over, and dropping them headfirst onto the corner turnbuckle. In a bold move to solidify his heel persona, he shaved his head on live television during his rise. Fletcher developed a unique weather forecaster segment style for AEW media appearances, adding a quirky layer to his character. He moved from Australia to the UK and then to the United States to advance his career, eventually living in a Chicago suburb. Recent storylines have seen him holding the AEW International Championship, defending it against competitors like Mascara Dorada and facing complex three-way matches involving Kazuchika Okada. Reports from August 2026 highlighted a conflict regarding his booking, suggesting a potential storyline shift where he faces Amazing Red at HOG Fallout.[edit]

Fletcher keeps his family life private. He was raised on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, but the names and occupations of his parents have not been publicly disclosed. He has not mentioned any siblings in interviews. As of 2026, he lives in the United States and has no reported children or pets. [edit]

Kyle Fletcher is best known for his long-running tag team with Mark Davis as Aussie Open, a partnership that produced multiple championships in NJPW and RevPro. He was mentored by Will Ospreay before turning on him in a pivotal heel turn. In AEW, he is managed by Don Callis as part of the Don Callis Family, and he has teamed with Kazuchika Okada to win the AEW World Trios Championship. His notable opponents include Chris Jericho, Swerve Strickland, MJF, and Kazuchika Okada. [edit]

Fletcher's only known public relationship was with fellow professional wrestler Skye Blue. The two began dating around 2023, and Fletcher moved to Schaumburg, Illinois, that same year, purchasing a house with her. She was described as his partner in a March 2025 Chicago Magazine profile. The relationship ended sometime in 2024 or 2025, though neither party publicly announced the split. As of 2026, Fletcher is reportedly single and focused on his wrestling career. He maintains a private personal life and has not been linked to anyone else since the breakup. [edit]

iFANN currently estimates Kyle Fletcher's net worth at $1 Million as of 2026, though no official figure has been confirmed. His primary income source is his AEW contract, which for mid-to-upper card talent typically ranges in the mid-to-high six figures annually. Additional income comes from ROH appearances, occasional NJPW bookings, independent wrestling dates, and merchandise sales. He also earns from media appearances, including his weather forecaster segments on AEW programming. Fletcher has not publicly disclosed any major endorsement deals, business ventures, or real estate holdings. He moved to the United States in 2023 and purchased a house in Schaumburg, Illinois, a Chicago suburb, with his then-partner. His net worth has grown steadily since signing with AEW, reflecting his rising profile in the company. As he continues to hold championships and appear on national television, his earning potential is expected to increase.[edit]

Fletcher has won multiple championships across AEW, ROH, NJPW, and RevPro. He is a two-time AEW TNT Champion, former AEW World Trios Champion, former ROH World Television Champion, former ROH World Tag Team Champion, former IWGP Tag Team Champion, and two-time Strong Openweight Tag Team Champion. He also won the Undisputed British Tag Team Championship twice in RevPro. [edit]
