Kim Clijsters' career is defined by remarkable achievements that set her apart. She is one of only a handful of players to hold the world No. 1 ranking in both singles and doubles simultaneously, a feat she accomplished in 2003. Her four Grand Slam singles titles include three US Open wins and an Australian Open title, and she won three WTA Tour Finals championships. Her most distinctive record is her success after becoming a mother: she won three majors after giving birth, sharing that mark with Margaret Court and becoming the first mom to win a Grand Slam since Evonne Goolagong Cawley in 1980. She also won the Karen Krantzcke Sportsmanship Award eight times, more than any player in WTA history, reflecting her exemplary conduct. In 2017, she was inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame, and she now serves as its president.
