KARD achieved several firsts for a co-ed K-pop group. They were the first to top Billboard's World Digital Song Sales chart, with Hola Hola in 2017. Their debut EP sold 30,000 copies, a record for a co-ed group debut. By 2024, their Spotify streams exceeded 500 million. They won 12 awards, including four rookie honors in 2018 alone. Their 2023 world tour sold over 70,000 tickets across 35 shows, demonstrating their strong international pull.

AwardsKARD has won 12 awards across major ceremonies. They swept rookie awards in 2018, including Golden Disc Rookie of the Year and Seoul Music Awards Rookie Award. At MAMA, they won Best New Male Group in 2017 and Best Dance Performance – Male Group in 2018. Internationally, they won Best Korean Act at the 2018 MTV Europe Music Awards.
