Records
Kamilla Cardoso's college career is among the most decorated in recent women's basketball history. She is the first Brazilian player to be named NCAA Women's Final Four Most Outstanding Player, and she led South Carolina to a perfect 38-0 season in 2024, the fifth undefeated national championship in NCAA women's history. She also won two national titles (2023, 2024) with the Gamecocks. Her 17 rebounds in the 2024 title game were the most in a Final Four game since 2010. She earned SEC Defensive Player of the Year honors and was a first-team all-conference selection. At Syracuse, she was the ACC Freshman of the Year. Professionally, she made the WNBA All-Rookie Team in her debut season.
