José Bordalás

Bordalás has carved a unique space in Spanish football history through consistent results rather than trophy cabinets. His greatest triumph remains guiding Getafe to a fifth-place finish in the 2018–2019 season, a feat that secured European football for the club and stands as the pinnacle of their history. He also achieved the difficult task of promoting Deportivo Alavés to La Liga for the first time in 2016. These accomplishments highlight his ability to maximize resources and organize defenses, earning him a reputation as a master of the "underdog" narrative in the modern game.
