Jordan Seaton

Jordan Seaton is an American college football offensive tackle who plays for the LSU Tigers. A consensus five-star recruit and the top-ranked offensive tackle in the 2024 class, he started every game as a true freshman at Colorado before transferring to LSU in January 2025. Known for his imposing 6-foot-5, 315-pound frame and quick feet, Seaton is considered one of the most promising young linemen in college football. He currently competes for a starting tackle spot in the SEC, with an On3 NIL valuation near $847,000 reflecting his market potential.[edit]

Seaton was born on June 19, 2005, in Washington, D.C., and attended St. John's College High School, where he anchored an offensive line that won a DCSAA Class AA state championship in 2022. His dominance earned him a spot as a 2023 Under Armour All-American. Recruited by powerhouse programs including Alabama, Georgia, Florida, and Ohio State, Seaton committed to Colorado live on national television in December 2023, a decision that drew over 1 million live viewers on Thee Pregame Show with Deion Sanders. He also played basketball in high school, showcasing his athleticism beyond football. He graduated high school in 2023.[edit]

Seaton enrolled early at Colorado in January 2024 and immediately won the starting left tackle job, protecting quarterback Shedeur Sanders for all 12 games of the 2024 season. His performance earned him FWAA Freshman All-American Honorable Mention and ESPN True Freshman All-American honors. After the season, he entered the transfer portal and on January 12, 2025, announced his move to LSU, citing the desire to play in the SEC and develop under offensive line coach Brad Davis. He is expected to start for the Tigers in the 2025 season. He made his collegiate debut on August 29, 2024, against North Dakota State.[edit]

Seaton is portrayed by the media as a quiet, disciplined technician with a blue-collar work ethic. His signature style is his massive frame combined with surprisingly quick feet. His social media presence is professional, focusing on game clips and training. He does not have an official fandom name, but fans admire his dedication and potential as a future NFL prospect. He has approximately 45,000 followers on Instagram and 25,000 on Twitter/X as of early 2026.[edit]

Jordan Seaton commands a following defined not by organized chants or named squads, but by the intense scrutiny of recruiting analysts and SEC loyalists watching a top-tier lineman navigate high-stakes transfers. His audience consists of general college football followers, LSU Tigers supporters, and former Colorado Buffaloes alumni who track his progression from the nation's most hyped recruit to a potential award winner. Unlike pop stars with dedicated fan clubs, Seaton lacks a formal fandom name; no collective moniker exists for his supporters, nor are there documented rituals or fan-funded campaigns driving his profile. The community engages through standard athletic channels, reacting to his on-field performance and occasional viral moments rather than orchestrating cultural movements. In July 2026, a specific controversy involving luxury goods spending briefly amplified his visibility beyond sports circles, yet this remained a news event rather than a legendary chapter in his biography. As an active NCAA athlete, his public footprint is built on recruitment data and transfer transactions rather than enduring mythology. iFANN has evaluated his current standing in the global landscape. Jordan Seaton is currently the EVALUATED_UNRANKED person in the world according to the August 2026 Global Fame Engine. He does not hold a placement in the published rankings.[edit]

Seaton wears jersey number 70 at LSU, a number he previously sported during his time at Colorado. Before arriving in college, he was a two-sport standout in high school, playing both basketball and football. In August 2024, he graced the digital cover of Sports Illustrated with the headline "The 5-Star Who Chose Prime: Inside Jordan Seaton's Colorado Gamble." Currently, he is pursuing a degree in sports administration at LSU. Beyond these facts, recent years have produced notable viral moments that have entered the conversation surrounding him. In July 2026, Seaton became the subject of widespread social media debate after a video surfaced showing him revealing he had purchased $20,000 worth of Goyard bags for his girlfriend. This incident sparked immediate discussion about wealth display among college athletes. Additionally, his status as a premier prospect solidified when he was named to the Outland Trophy watch list in August 2026, marking his transition from a highly touted recruit to a potential national award winner.[edit]

Seaton has a younger brother named Jayden, who is also a football prospect. His cousin is former NFL cornerback DeAngelo Hall. He grew up in Washington, D.C., and his family has been supportive of his football career. He currently lives near the LSU campus.[edit]

Seaton played under head coach Deion Sanders at Colorado and alongside quarterback Shedeur Sanders and two-way star Travis Hunter. At LSU, he works with offensive line coach Brad Davis.[edit]

As of early 2026, Seaton has no confirmed public dating history. He maintains a private personal life and has not publicly acknowledged any romantic partners. His social media focuses exclusively on football. He is currently reported as single.[edit]

As a college athlete, Seaton does not earn a salary. Per iFANN's editorial analysis, his net worth in 2026 stands at $500,000, derived primarily from Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) deals. His On3 NIL valuation was approximately $847,000 in 2024, representing market potential rather than liquid cash. He maintains endorsement partnerships with Bucked Up supplements and The Players' Trunk apparel. Most of his earnings are tied to these deals and personal appearances.[edit]

Seaton was named a 2023 Under Armour All-American and earned FWAA Freshman All-American Honorable Mention and ESPN True Freshman All-American honors in 2024.[edit]
