Tah's most remarkable achievement is being part of Bayer Leverkusen's 2023/24 squad that won the Bundesliga and DFB-Pokal without a single domestic defeat, a historic double. He holds a Bundesliga record for 42 consecutive away matches without loss. He was named to the UEFA Europa League Team of the Season and the Bundesliga Team of the Season. At youth level, he won the Fritz Walter Gold Medal and the European Under-21 Championship.
