Jonathan David has built an impressive collection of individual honors by age 26. He is Canada's all-time top goalscorer and the first Canadian to win the CONCACAF Men's Player of the Year award. He has been named Canada Soccer Men's Player of the Year three times, more than any other male player in history. His 2020 transfer to Lille for €30 million remains the most expensive for a Canadian player, and he won the Ligue 1 title in his debut season. David's consistency in front of goal made him Lille's third all-time top scorer, and he continues to break records with the national team.
