Joe Brady

Brady's resume is short but sharp. The Broyles Award in 2019 put him on the map as one of the best young offensive minds in football, and his rapid rise from graduate assistant to NFL head coach in roughly a decade is its own kind of distinction. At 37, he is one of the youngest head coaches in the league, and his first-year offense in Buffalo has already drawn comparisons to some of the most productive units in NFL history. There are no Hall of Fame inductions or lifetime achievement awards yet, but the trajectory is what makes him interesting: he has been a coordinator, a position coach, and now a head coach, all before turning 40.
