Jessica Pegula

Jessica Pegula arrived in the tennis world from Buffalo, New York, on February 24, 1994. She transformed her hometown's quiet intensity into a global presence on the court. Her career reached new heights when she climbed to world No. 3 in singles during October 2022 and claimed the top spot in doubles by September 2023. The numbers tell part of the story: eleven singles titles and seven doubles trophies sit on her WTA Tour record, including four prestigious WTA 1000 victories in singles alone. Her major tournament runs showcase consistent excellence. Pegula reached the final at the 2024 US Open, falling just short of the trophy, and finished as runner-up at the 2023 WTA Finals.
