Records
Jeremy Wade's contributions to wildlife television and conservation have earned him significant recognition. In 2018, the University of Bristol awarded him an Honorary Doctor of Science for his work in zoology and conservation. He was elected a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society in 2019. The Angling Trust named him Honorary Vice President in 2020. In 2021, the International Game Fish Association gave him a Lifetime Achievement Award. Wade has also been ranked among the greatest TV hosts by Rolling Stone and listed as a top wildlife presenter by The Guardian and Radio Times.
