Javon Small

Small's collegiate accolades include an All-Big 12 Honorable Mention selection and a Big 12 Player of the Week award, both achieved during his lone season at West Virginia. While his professional career is still in its early stages, his journey from an undrafted free agent to a regular NBA rotation player is a testament to his perseverance. He continues to develop with the Memphis Grizzlies organization.
