He holds the distinction of being the second-youngest Grandmaster in history, a record that underscores his prodigious talent. His victory in the 2025 Chess World Cup made him the youngest winner in the event's history, breaking a long-standing barrier for age. Winning the 2026 Candidates Tournament further cements his legacy as one of the most dominant young players to emerge in recent decades.
