Córdoba's record is built on duration and reliability rather than individual prizes. Fifteen trophies in twelve seasons at one club is a rare thing in the modern game, and the five consecutive Serie A titles from 2006 to 2010 put him in the core of the most dominant Inter side of the post-war era. The 2010 treble added the Champions League and the Club World Cup. For Colombia, his 73 caps and the 2001 Copa América winner make him the scorer of the single most important goal in the country's football history. Inter's official tributes on his birthdays, including the 2025 "Cordoba 50" feature, confirm the club's own view of him as a legend.
