Iván Cepeda

Ivan Cepeda's most significant accolade is his enduring impact on human rights and peace in Colombia. He is widely regarded as one of the most consistent and principled voices for victims of the armed conflict. His work on the peace process, particularly in ensuring victims' rights were central to negotiations, has been praised by international observers. While he lacks a long list of formal awards, his legislative achievements and moral authority are his greatest honors. He has been named one of the 100 most influential people in Colombia by Semana magazine multiple times.
