Ikechukwu Uche

Ikechukwu Uche, born on 5 January 1984 in Aba, Nigeria, is a former professional footballer who made his name as a striker. He moved to Spain before turning 20 and spent the bulk of his career there, becoming known for his acrobatic goal celebrations. Over nine seasons in La Liga, he racked up 194 appearances and 42 goals while playing for six clubs: Recreativo, Getafe, Zaragoza, Villarreal, Granada, and Málaga. His time in Spain also included stints in the Segunda División, where he was a regular scorer. On the international stage, Uche earned caps for Nigeria and featured in two Africa Cup of Nations tournaments.
