Iasmin Lucindo

Iasmin Lucindo is a Brazilian mixed martial artist who competes in the UFC women's strawweight division. At 24, she has already fought her way into the top 10, with wins over former title challenger Karolina Kowalkiewicz and Marina Rodriguez. She fights out of Feira de Santana, Bahia, and carries an 18-6 professional record.

Lucindo is known for her durability and fight IQ, traits that have made her a tough out for anyone in the division. She returned to action at UFC 333 in October 2026 after serving a nine-month anti-doping sanction, a comeback the UFC itself promoted under the banner "Back In The Game." With a modest but growing following on Instagram, she represents the new wave of Brazilian women in the UFC. [edit]

Public records on Iasmin Lucindo's childhood and early life are thin. She was born on January 8, 2002, in Brazil, with UFC anti-doping documents listing her hometown as Fortaleza, Ceará. Her fight camp and residence, however, are in Feira de Santana, Bahia, where she trains with Academia Fight House, also known as Fight House FSA.

Before signing with the UFC, Lucindo built her record on the Brazilian regional circuit. She competed in promotions around the country, gaining experience and sharpening her skills against local competition. Her aggressive style and technical development caught the attention of UFC scouts, leading to her promotional debut in 2021. Details about her schooling, family, and how she first entered MMA are not widely documented, but her early career on the regional scene laid the groundwork for her eventual rise. [edit]

Iasmin Lucindo's UFC career took off after her 2021 debut. She steadily climbed the strawweight rankings, earning signature wins over Karolina Kowalkiewicz and Marina Rodriguez. Those victories lifted her into the top 10 and established her as a legitimate contender in the division.

Her career hit a major disruption in 2025 when Combat Sports Anti-Doping (CSAD) announced she had accepted a nine-month sanction. The UFC issued a statement confirming the suspension. Lucindo returned to the octagon at UFC 333 on October 24, 2026, against Nicolle Caliari. The UFC promoted her comeback as "Back In The Game," and Lucindo told the promotion, "You are going to see an improved Iasmin." At the weigh-ins, Caliari missed weight by 4.5 pounds and forfeited 30% of her purse, but the bout proceeded. Lucindo had predicted a finish, saying she saw "a knockout or a submission" coming. Earlier in her UFC run, she also faced Angela Hill in a matchup fans still discuss. [edit]

Lucindo is portrayed as a durable, high-fight-IQ Brazilian contender. Her public persona is that of a focused, private athlete who lets her performances speak. She engages fans mainly through camp content and UFC-produced interviews, and her social media presence is understated compared to many of her peers. Her style inside the cage is aggressive and technical, and outside it she carries herself with a quiet confidence. [edit]

iFANN has not yet collected fame data for Iasmin Lucindo, so no ranking is available. She is not on the September 2026 iFAMOUS Rankings flagship list.

Her fanbase is informal and largely Brazilian, with supporters following her through UFC broadcasts and her Instagram (@iasminlucindo), which has around 28,000 followers. There is no formal fandom name or organized fan campaign documented. Fans appreciate her grit and technical growth, and her comeback story has drawn renewed attention. [edit]

Iasmin Lucindo's most-referenced story is her doping suspension and comeback, which the UFC itself framed as a redemption narrative. The 2026 weigh-in drama at UFC 333 actually belonged to her opponent, Nicolle Caliari, who missed weight by 4.5 pounds. Lucindo's team branding links to Fight House FSA in Feira de Santana, and she is part of the post-Amanada Nunes wave of Brazilian women in the UFC. Despite her top-10 ranking, her Instagram following sits at roughly 28,000, a modest number for a fighter at her level. She has no documented nickname, but her camp content and UFC interviews show a focused, career-driven athlete. [edit]

Iasmin Lucindo keeps her family life private. Public sources do not name her parents, siblings, or any children. She is based in Feira de Santana, Bahia, where she trains and lives. No spouse or partner has been publicly confirmed. [edit]

Iasmin Lucindo's income comes primarily from UFC fight purses and win bonuses. No endorsement deals or business ventures are publicly documented. The iFANN Editorial Team estimates her net worth at approximately $500,000 as of 2026. Her earnings have grown as she has climbed the rankings, with higher-profile fights and potential performance bonuses. She has not yet headlined a major pay-per-view, so her purse remains modest compared to top contenders. The nine-month suspension in 2025 likely reduced her activity and income for that period. Her return at UFC 333 marks a step back toward bigger opportunities and increased earning potential. [edit]
