House of Ninjas

The Tawara family was once a legendary ninja clan, but six years ago a mission went wrong and their eldest son died. Soichi Tawara now runs a sake brewery. Middle son Gaku stocks shelves at a convenience store and just wants to be normal. Teenage daughter Nagi has no idea about any of it. Grandmother Taki keeps the secrets locked away in her room.

A shadowy group called the Kai starts attacking politicians across Tokyo. Karen Ito, a journalist looking into missing women, stumbles onto something bigger. Then Yosuke Tsujioka appears. He knows ninja moves better than anyone outside the family. Haru starts training with his grandmother to learn forbidden techniques. Gaku gets pulled back into a world he tried to leave. Nagi discovers the truth about her bloodline. Each of them has to face old wounds and decide what kind of person they want to be.

The eight-episode season builds toward a confrontation that forces the Tawaras to fight together again. They have to master their skills, trust each other, and take on an enemy who knows all their weaknesses.
