Helene Fischer

Helene Fischer stands as the undisputed queen of German schlager, a title earned through sheer volume of achievement and consistent excellence. With 17 Echo awards, she holds the record for the most wins in the history of the Echo Pop category, a testament to her enduring popularity and critical acclaim. Her 2013 album Farbenspiel remains a cultural touchstone, ranking as the sixth best-selling album of all time in Germany. Beyond awards, her ability to sell out stadiums like the Allianz Arena with 71,000 fans proves her impact extends far beyond traditional genre boundaries. She is the only female German artist to achieve such widespread commercial success across multiple decades.
