Records

Moscovitch's achievements include being the first Canadian woman to win the Windham–Campbell Literature Prize and the first playwright to win the Trillium Book Award. Her play Old Stock: A Refugee Love Story earned over 50 four- and five-star reviews at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and six Drama Desk Award nominations. She has received the Governor General's Literary Award, multiple Dora Mavor Moore Awards, and the Herald Angel Award. Her work consistently draws acclaim for its unflinching moral seriousness and dark humour.

AwardsMoscovitch has won the Governor General's Literary Award for English-language drama (2021) for Sexual Misconduct of the Middle Classes, the Windham–Campbell Literature Prize from Yale University (2016), the Trillium Book Award (first playwright to win), multiple Dora Mavor Moore Awards, the Carol Bolt Award, the Herald Angel Award and Scotsburn Fringe First Award at the Edinburgh Festival for Old Stock, and the Nova Scotia MasterWorks Award.
